What is an IBM Digital Badge?
IBM’s z Systems Digital Badges are secure, web-enabled credentials which contain verified information and metadata describing the qualification they relate to and the rigorous process necessary to obtain it. They are awarded when an individual demonstrates knowledge/the ability to perform the skills they relate to. They tend to be awarded for a particular subject or skill area, for example, Foundations in RACF, Expert in RACF, Experienced in RACF. The Badges menu item enables you to enrol in IBM Digital Badges. When you first navigate to the page, you will be informed that you are not currently enrolled in any badges. The IBM Digital Badge program is administered by IBMs credentialing partner, Credly. Badges are issued by email and may end up in your junk or spam folder. To award you any IBM Digital Badges you obtain, Interskill Learning pass your name, email, and completion data onto IBM and their digital credentialing partner Credly.
