When will my IBM Digital Badge be issued?
The IBM Digital Badge program is administered by IBMs credentialing partner, Credly. Badges are issued by email and may end up in your junk or spam folder.
If you haven't received your IBM Digital Badge notification within 24 hours of qualifying for it, run through the following check list:
Check you have consented to participating in the IBM Digital Badge program. Interskill require your permission to share your results with Credly
Check you meet all the IBM Digital Badge earning requirements
Check your junk and spam folders for the automated notification from Credly
Check if your Credly account is setup to automatically accept the badge and you have already received it
If these steps fail, contact the support team via email, live chat or submit a ticket.
