What is a Learning Plan?
Learning plans are defined paths of training aligned to the requirements identified in the plan description. For the system learning plans available to all MyInterskill users, these are leading mainframe job roles. Undertaking the training identified in the learning plan in the recommended order will equip you with the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
Your training administrator may create and make available to you additional learning plans. These will be paths of training aligned to your organisation’s training needs. Please refer to the learning plan description in these cases for further information on the purpose the learning plan fulfils within your workplace.
