Receiving your multi-step authentication (MFA) login code

MyInterskill supports multi-step authentication to provide additional security over your account. Once enabled, when you login on subsequent attempts, you will be prompted to enter a six-digit code which you can locate in your multi-step authentication app of choice. The following apps are supported:


  • Duo Mobile
  • freeOTP Authenticator
  • Google Authenticator
  • Microsoft Authenticator
  • Twilio Authy


Note: The code isn't sent as a push notification to your mobile device.


To login after setting up multi-step authentication:


  1. Navigate to the MyInterskill login page
  2. Enter your username
  3. Enter your password and click Log In
  4. Open your authentication app
  5. Locate MyInterskill
  6. Enter the 6-digit code displayed in the app on the MyInterskill verification screen and click Log In
