Forgotten MyInterskill login ID or username

Your MyInterskill login ID is usually your email address. If you are encountering difficulties logging in, you can try resetting your password using your email address as your login ID.

To request a password reset:

Visit Forgot your password? or click the 'Forgot your password' link on the sign in screen
Enter your login ID (usually your email address)
Complete the CAPTCHA verification
Click Reset Your Password

MyInterskill will send you a password reset email. The link in the password reset email will be valid for 48 hours only. If you don't reset your password within this period you will need to repeat the process.

Password requirements

When you create a password for MyInterskill, it must be at least 8 characters long and abide by the following rules:

be between 8 and 64 characters long
contain at least one lowercase character (a-z)
contain at least one uppercase character (A-Z)
contain at least one number (0-9)
contain at least one special character (!@#$%^&*)
