# System Requirements

MyInterskill was designed with security, speed, and simplicity in mind. Review our system requirements below to verify your browser and operating system settings.

**Operating System**
MyInterskill is supported in the current release and one version back on:
* Windows
* Mac OS

**Browser**
MyInterskill is supported in the current release of:
* Microsoft Edge
* Mozilla Firefox
* Google Chrome
* Apple Safari

|| Note: Pop-up blockers must be disabled and browsing in private or incognito mode is not supported.

**Screen Resolution **
* 1024 x 768 minimum
* 1920 x 1080 is recommended

**Digital Badges and Certifications**
Digital Badges are shared via email by our credentialling partners. We recommend you safelist the following:
* credly.com for badges awarded by IBM and Broadcom
* credential.net for badges awarded by SkillSoft 
* accredible.com for badges awarded by SkillSoft 

**Interskill Email Addresses**
You may need to safelist the following email addresses to prevent system generated emails from being marked as spam:
* help@myinterskill.one
* support@myinterskill.one
* no-reply@myinterskill.one

**Timeout Values**
Your MyInterskill training session will timeout after two hours.
